All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer secured free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days for all orders.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance (for international shipments) or unexpected weather conditions.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
To track your order, please visit our Track My Order page and enter your tracking details.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or any location not supported by our carriers.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Contact@Litssy.com We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Returns & Exchanges
