1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window to ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return:

2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at Contact@Litssy.com Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on where and how to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3.Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Contact@Litssy.com We’ll evaluate the situation and work quickly to make it right.
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and let us know which item you would like in exchange. If there’s a price difference between the original and the new item, we will adjust the balance accordingly. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by replying to the order confirmation email. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
7.Restocking Fee
Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
